I have severe neck, skull, and shoulder pain, this ice pack is the best I have found. It is so difficult to walk around holding the other types on your neck, but this one straps right on. Normally I never make the 20 minutes recommended because it is too difficult to keep it there that long, this one no problem. I would recommend it to anyone that suffers with disc problems, migraines, neck pains.

Not bad, for a small person, November 5, 2009

I am 6'5" 240 lbs with a broad back. I'm what most people consider to be a large person. Therein lies the problem with this product. It's too small for a person of my stature. The neck portion darn near strangles me when I put it on. I can see the benefits of this product if it would fit me. There needs to be a larger size of this product. If you are a large person, do not purchase this product.

I have been suffering from chronic migraine headaches and have tried p/t, accupuncture, chiro, and massage to relieve them. Nothing has worked as well as this collar. I love it and will be buying one for each neck pain/headache sufferer on my Christmas list. (There seems to be a lot of us)
